Hello! I’m Karyn Purcell, owner of The Florida Facialist. I’m a solo Medical Esthetician that focuses on customized corrective skincare. With a background in skincare marketing + education, skincare package design + spa management - I fell in love with the hands-on side of helping people feel their best in their healthiest skin and opened the doors to The Florida Facialist. I truly believe skincare is healthcare and this is why I created a treatment room where clients feel both heard and understood without feeling rushed in and out. With additional extensive training on Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Acne Extractions and Specialized in the skincare I carry in-spa, I am dedicated to bringing my clients the best knowledge and products possible. I prioritize skin analysis and individual home treatment plans just as much as the in-spa treatment itself. The most exciting part of my job is seeing clients skin and confidence change as we create results together. Skincare does not have to be complicated and I’m here to keep it simple and effective. Cancellation Policy
* All appointments must be booked online—no email / social media / text inquiries for bookings.
* A non refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment & will go towards your service.
* A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment - this notice is required by client via booking site. In case of emergencies - please text business line at 561-921-7851
* No-call, no-show, and cancellations made within 12 hours of appointment time will be charged $50
* Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in non refundable deposit.
* All appointment adjustments must be made via booking site - no email / social media / text - unless for emergencies under 12 hours of appointment time
LATENESS:
* A 10- minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later, your appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. If we are able to still treat the client, the lateness time will take out of treatment time.
PREP:
- Please refrain from exfoliation and active skincare 48 hours prior to treatments.
- No Botox/Fillers 10 days prior to appointment
- No chemical peels or laser treatments within 2 weeks of appointment
- No waxing/brow treatments/laminations 48 hours prior to appointment.
- It is clients responsibility to allow healing and down time for professional treatments received prior to your consultation/treatment at The Florida Facialist.
